This project consisted of exterior plaza renovation to include the following: demolition of existing concrete and brick planters, installation of the new concrete pitching slab and Siplast roofing system, new planters consisting of CMU block and blue stone cladding, installation of new paving stones which are granite, installation of new granite water feature and associated plumbing, installation of new exterior electric including planter and canopy lighting, installation of new concrete sidewalk, installation of new snowmelt system under granite pavers, and installation of new planting medium and landscaping.
