Scope of Work:
- Removal and replacement of brick masonry parapets and installation of new flashings system at all parapets
- Brick masonry pointing throughout the exterior façade
- Installation of new façade coatings at all ornamental masonry elements
- Restoration of the existing bell tower which included: brick masonry replacement, structural steel repairs, waterproofing back up walls and installation of a new roof system inside the exposed bell tower.
- Rebuilding of the existing brick masonry chimney
- Fabrication and Replacement of existing ornamental wood window frames
Job Highlights:
- As promised, Flag completed the project, removed the scaffolding and delivered the finished façade to the parish by Christmas Eve masses
