18,000 SF roof replacement. Ripped existing rock ballast roof and replaced with new siplast 20/30 modified bitumen roof with PF-531 liquid flashings at the perimeter (railing posts) all pitch pockets, roof penetrations, and drains. New roof system received a 25 Year NDL Warranty from Siplast.
