Flag installed vegetative green roofs on 4 separate roof locations – 25th floor, 30th floor, and 21st floor east and west, consisting of 10,000 sf of roofing. Removed existing paver ballast roofing and installed siplast paradiene 20 TG/Teranap 1M film system. Green roof overburden included root barrier, Geo-Net, irrigation system, growing medium and multi sedum sod. Precast pavers were installed at the perimeter and select locations.
