- Installation of a new 25-Year No Dollar Limit Siplast Roof system with liquid flashings
- Scrape, prime and paint 100% of the metal dunnage
- Installation of a new self ballasted roof railing system manufactured by Kee-Guard
- Installation of new copper roof flashings system at parapets
