This project consisted of removing the existing roof system and installing newly modified roofing membrane and liquid membrane base flashing, including new drains. Flag Install new concrete pavers on pedestals including drainage mats and insulation, provided EFVM testing, installed new aluminum railing attached to the parapet walls at the entire perimeter of the roof, install new counter-flashing at the bulkhead walls and miscellaneous work: door replacement, gutters, etc
