Flag Waterproofing and Restoration removed the existing deteriorated roof system and supplied and installed a new 25 Year NDL Kemper System Roof. All of the existing parapet walls received new camel back coping stones, a fresh coat of stucco, new cap and base flashings. All of the existing HVAC duct work was scraped, primed and painted.
