Shot-blasted the entire parking garage surface, approx. 40,000 SF. Sounded and removed deteriorated sections of concrete on the topside of the parking deck. Demolished and removed 100% of the concrete deck on top of the structural beams, installed new reinforcement bar and patched with SIKA. Supplied and installed new SIKA deck coating system over the entire parking deck and approx. 1 foot of the perimeter walls and columns. Supplied and installed 20 new parking deck drains. Concurrently, we fabricated and installed approx. 10,000 LF of steel beams at the underside of the parking deck as additional structural support.
