475 5th Avenue is a 24 story building built in 1924 during the “Roaring 20’s”. This project consisted of masonry facade restoration and FISP repairs. This included brick replacement, brick repointing, structural steel rehab and treatment, terra cotta repair, terra cotta assembly replacement using micro-cotta, facade waterproofing, and flashings.
