Demolished and removed the existing roof paver system on two setbacks (33rd Floor). Installed new Hanover Prest Pavers with drainage mat (approx. 7,000 SF). Using a spray bar, we water soaked the limestone panels at the parapet and building wall for an average of 3 hours. Using a 1700 psi power washer, we carefully sprayed the stone to remove carbon and algae (approx. 3,500 SF).
