Flag Waterproofing and Restoration was responsible for removing, fabricating and installing over 280 decorative cast stone units. Existing stones that were salvageable were patched and repaired by Flag’s stone masons.
Flag Waterproofing also removed and rebuilt several of the existing brick and stone parapet walls, performed cracked masonry repair and spot pointing throughout the building.
All of the existing setback roofs were removed and replaced using Kemper’s 2K PUR cold applied roofing system.
