Flag performed a multi-phase garage restoration project at the historic Hearst Tower. The concrete and masonry repairs included the removal of the existing coatings system, deck/floor patching, overhead patching, full concrete slab replacement, column and crack repairs. Once all of the masonry repairs were completed, Flag supplied and installed a high-performance, polyurethane-based, liquid-applied, and epoxy traffic coating system designed to waterproof, protect, and extend the life of the parking structure. All of Flag’s work was completed during normal business hours, allowing the garage to operate at full capacity without disruption or shut downs.
