Flag Waterproofing and Restoration removed the existing deteriorated roof and installed a new 25 Year NDL Siplast Roof System. The project scope included 100% replacement of the existing parapet walls and roof flashing system. New interior parapet mounted railings were fabricated and installed by Flag’s in-house metal shop.
