Contract for 25,000 SF of garage consisting of 4 levels. Scope of work consisted of:
Repaired 10,000 SF Concrete Deck Patching Repaired 9,000 SF Overhead Concrete Patching Performed, 3,500 LF of crack repair removed and replaced, 2,900 SF of full depth structural concrete slab installed, 25,000 SF new traffic coating BASF Materseal Traffic 2530 (Urethan/epoxy), refurbished two bathrooms, installed 20,000 SF reflective coating on all walls, columns and ceilings. Installed all new plumbing including storm drains, traps, sanitary piping and trench drains Installed all new. Electric including new panel boards, feeders and conduit. Installed new sensored LED lighting through the garage Replaced all pipe insulation and labeling.
