This project consisted of approximately 16,000 SF of roof construction. The major scope of work items entailed removal & replacement of roofing assembly – new siplast roofing system (25 year warranty), concrete partial depth patch repairs of structural slab, removal & replacement of new guard rails, electronic field vector mapping & thermal infrared scanning testing, installation of concrete pavers walkway, removal & replacement of roof drains & associated piping, and replacement of face brick/brick stitching/lintel replacement.
