This project consisted of 100% roof replacement with Kemper systems with a 25-year warranty. New 2K-PUR with Ultra White reflective paver system on pedestals was installed.

NYU

5 Metrotech Center, Brooklyn NY

18,000 SF roof replacement. Ripped existing rock ballast roof and replaced with new siplast 20/30 modified bitumen roof with PF-531 liquid flashings at the perimeter (railing posts) all pitch pockets, roof penetrations, and drains. New roof system received a 25 Year NDL Warranty from Siplast.

EMPIRE STATE

350 5th Ave, New York, NY 10118

Flag installed vegetative green roofs on 4 separate roof locations – 25th floor, 30th floor, and 21st floor east and west, consisting of 10,000 sf of roofing. Removed existing paver ballast roofing and installed siplast paradiene 20 TG/Teranap 1M film system. Green roof overburden included root barrier, Geo-Net, irrigation system, growing medium and multi sedum sod. Precast pavers were installed at the perimeter and select locations.

1 ROCKEFELLER

45 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10111

Demolished and removed the existing roof paver system on two setbacks (33rd Floor). Installed new Hanover Prest Pavers with drainage mat (approx. 7,000 SF). Using a spray bar, we water soaked the limestone panels at the parapet and building wall for an average of 3 hours. Using a 1700 psi power washer, we carefully sprayed the stone to remove carbon and algae (approx. 3,500 SF).

1285 Avenue of the Americas Roof

This project consisted of approximately 16,000 SF of roof construction. The major scope of work items entailed removal & replacement of roofing assembly – new siplast roofing system (25 year warranty), concrete partial depth patch repairs of structural slab, removal & replacement of new guard rails, electronic field vector mapping & thermal infrared scanning testing, installation of concrete pavers walkway, removal & replacement of roof drains & associated piping, and replacement of face brick/brick stitching/lintel replacement.

1 UN Plaza

This project consisted of refurbishing 400 linear feet of track rails for “House Rig” to include removal of all the track. Scrape, prime, and paint all tracks, weld structural plates to the entire length of tracks, remove all existing railings, refurbish and install in new pitch pockets, remove existing skylight and replace in-kind, and demolish 30 SF. of existing roof and replace with siplast torch grade 20/30 roofing membrane.

90 Broad Street

This project consisted of removing the existing roof system and installing newly modified roofing membrane and liquid membrane base flashing, including new drains. Flag Install new concrete pavers on pedestals including drainage mats and insulation, provided EFVM testing, installed new aluminum railing attached to the parapet walls at the entire perimeter of the roof, install new counter-flashing at the bulkhead walls and miscellaneous work: door replacement, gutters, etc
