475 5th Avenue

475 5th Avenue is a 24 story building built in 1924 during the “Roaring 20’s”. This project consisted of masonry facade restoration and FISP repairs. This included brick replacement, brick repointing, structural steel rehab and treatment, terra cotta repair, terra cotta assembly replacement using micro-cotta, facade waterproofing, and flashings. 

1339 York Avenue

The project consisted of removing and replacing 14 roofs with a 25 year manufacturer’s warranty roof system – approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of roofs . New structural designed 5 foot high glass rails, removal and replacement of 60,000 bricks and Limestone repair and replacement.

Surf 21 Brooklyn, NY

The project is a complete masonry restoration project of 3 buildings – the project consisted of structural steel replacement, brick and stone replacement, caulking of 30,000 linear feet of windows and control joints and coating 150,000sq ft with Keim, a waterproof coating.

40 East 66 Street

This project consisted of parapet replacement including new cast coping stones and wrought iron railing restoration, lintel replacement, brick and stone, window caulking and restoration of the steel fire escape.

75 Broad Street

This project consisted of: brick and terracotta parapet replacement, miscellaneous terracotta replacement with micro cotta, replace brick corners and miscellaneous brick stitching, parapet steel refurbishment, relieving angle replacement, lintel replacement, limestone replacement and patching, roof replacement 25 NDL Siplast 20/30, removal of ornamental terracotta gargoyles, eagles and porticos, replacement of new roof guardrails, and installation of new brick expansion joints.

435 East 70th Street

This project was a 35 story precast concrete and window project where Flag had to prepare surfaces at the windows and precast concrete panels to receive new backer rods and Sikasil WS sealant. Additionally, Flag removed and replaced 72,000 LF of caulking at the windows and precast concrete panels with some minor patching.

The Rio

This project consisted of exterior plaza renovation to include the following: demolition of existing concrete and brick planters, installation of the new concrete pitching slab and Siplast roofing system, new planters consisting of CMU block and blue stone cladding, installation of new paving stones which are granite, installation of new granite water feature and associated plumbing, installation of new exterior electric including planter and canopy lighting, installation of new concrete sidewalk, installation of new snowmelt system under granite pavers, and installation of new planting medium and landscaping.
