32 Old Slip

Trench drain repairs along the perimeter of the building including slab and concrete trench patching, Kemper waterproofing, installation of stone and brick pavers. Waterproofing the concrete apron at the Fire House including waterproofing the base of the floodgate system. Application of shotcrete inside the parking garage.

1285 6th Avenue

It encompassed the Loading Dock Driveway, Northwest and Northeast sections of the plaza property. The major scope of work items entailed the following: Removal & Replacement of existing flamed finish exposed granite pavers, removal & replacement of existing concrete mud bed, concrete sub-slab & waterproofing assembly, concrete partial depth patch repairs of structural slab, repointing of all granite paver joints & expansion joints with custom color, removal & replacement of all plaza, planter & trough drains with new drainage piping, provide a color pigmented rebar reinforced concrete sidewalk slab at the loading dock entry with a new dropped reinforced concrete curb to replace existing granite curb.

1221 Avenue of the Americas

Flag removed all existing elements from the plaza, installed new pavers and lighting, removed stones at the waterfall, and waterproof the wall, re-installed the stone panels, fabricated a custom acrylic tube five feet in length x seven feet in height x two inches thick and installed right through the cascading wall. Additionally. Flag eliminated the existing retaining wall and custom fabricated its replacement and installed the newly designed retaining wall.

UNICEF House

Refurbish 400 linear feet of track rails for “House Rig” to include removal of all the track. Scrape-prime – paint all tracks, Weld structural plates to entire length of tracks, Remove all existing railings. Refurbish and install in new pitch pockets, Remove existing skylight and replace in-kind, Demolish 30 sq. ft. of the existing roof.  Replace with Siplast Torch grade 20/30 roofing membrane
